Refund Policy

1. Before payment

Submitting a booking request on this site does not charge you anything and is not a final purchase. You may withdraw a request at any time before you have completed payment with our team, at no cost.

2. Cancellations after payment

Once you have paid for a confirmed booking, the following applies unless we have agreed to different terms with you in writing:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before your visit date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-recoverable fees already incurred on your behalf.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of your visit date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your visit date, or after your visit date has passed, are not eligible for a refund.
• Tickets that have already been issued, redeemed, or used are not refundable.

3. Changes to your booking

If you need to change your visit dates or party size, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but changes are subject to availability and may affect your price.

4. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email us at info@parkticketcenter.com or use our contact page with your booking reference number. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

5. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method where possible.

6. Circumstances beyond our control

If a park closes or a ticket type becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we will work with you on a rebooking or refund on a case-by-case basis.
